Email is the best way to reach us. We answer Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. We are based in Queensland, Australia (AEST, UTC+10), so if you are writing from overseas there may be a time difference before you hear back.

Please include your order number if your message is about an existing order — it gets you a useful answer much faster.

If you are unsure whether a Hushora mouthpiece is right for you, please ask us first: hygiene restrictions mean a mouthpiece cannot be returned for change of mind once it has been unsealed, fitted or used.
